The Chia Plot has been provided evidence from a Chia farmer who would like to remain anonymous regarding the website ChiaDedicated.com. The evidence shows that this Farmer ordered a server from them, paid for it via bitcoin with receipt confirmation, was provided a proper order and setup ticket number. After numerous communications attempts with ChiaDedicated.com where they did not ever provide access to the supposed server they had configured, ChiaDedicated simply stopped responding to him and allegedly blocked him on their support chat. It appears that ChiaDedicated is taking payment for services and not providing those services to their paying customers.
On top of that, it is clear from separate evidence provided to the Chia Development team that the company is using the Chia Networks Inc logo, and replying as simply “Chia” to their support emails. This seems designed to appear as official as possible when the organization has, from my understanding, no connection to Chia Networks Inc, or any of their team members.

I have seen details of the conversations, as well as a very suspicious “server setup details” email with all critical information needed to access the server just set as “random”. I have confirmed the bitcoin payment at the correct time to the wallet address indicated. I am being careful to not include too many details to avoid identifying my source, but it is clear from the timelines of the emails that the Farmer made fair attempt to contact ChiaDedicated support again prior to reaching out to the Chia Dev team and The Chia Plot and is genuinely feeling ripped off.
I do not want to presume what might cause a company to behave this way. There are certainly possibilities that don’t require nefarious intent on behalf of ChiaDedicated, but it seems to me that is increasingly unlikely as they fail to contact this customer who paid in full with a plan to make things right.
We also attempted to contact ChiaDedicated support and received no response prior to publication of this story.
