This morning the Chia netspace crossed a major milestone, racking up a full 20 Exbibyte of plotted netspace. This is a really big deal, and will make a lot of people not paying attention to Chia sit up and take notice. This works out to a full 200 000 000 plots in just over a month since mainnet launch.
I doubt that the Chia Networks development team ever could have imagined that their vision would be so successful so quickly. Some will see the continued growth of netspace as a problem, and will use this as one more reason to complain. But to paraphrase a dead meme, this is good for Chia.
